Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.


Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for each room/apartment.

Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.


Smoking Policy

All rooms and common areas are strictly non-smoking.

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.


Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property.


Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

A security deposit will be required at check-in.


Towel Service Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note:

  • 1 bath towel per guest provided at check-in
  • Bathroom towels are not permitted for pool or beach use.
  • Free refresh on Day 4 for stays over 3 nights
  • Extra towels: TTD $20 each
  • Beach/Pool towels: TTD $30 per stay (bathroom towels not allowed)

Charges:

  • Bathroom towel used outside: TTD $60
  • Missing/damaged towel: TTD $100

Pool Usage

  • The pool is available for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
  • There are NO lifeguards on duty.
  • Use of the pool is at the guests own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.
  • Drinking and eating are not allowed in the pool or surrounding areas.


Noise and Behavior

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Disruptive behavior that interferes with other guests' enjoyment may result in penalties.


Liability

The property is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Guests use of the accommodations and its facilities is at their own risk.


Local Laws

Guests shall comply with all local laws and regulations.


Changes to Reservation

Any changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.


Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received.


Accepted payment methods include cash, all major credit and debit card.
